Minimum Order
The minimum order is 1000 booklets, which is equivalent to one fully customized carton of your branded product delivered straight to your doorstep.

Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time for this product is 4–6 weeks. For smaller quantities or trial runs, we typically aim to ship within 10–14 days. We prioritize fast delivery to ensure you can evaluate the product quickly and return for larger orders!

Pricing

  • One Design Only: The pricing listed is for one design. If you wish to make design changes (e.g., altering a word or color), it will count as a separate design and print job.
  • Inclusive Pricing: The price includes shipping there are no additional hidden fees. Check the Shipping tab for more details.
  • No Additional Charges: The price you see is the price you pay for receiving this product.

ART AND PRINTING

Ensuring your artwork is perfect is key to creating a product that stands out. Don’t worry we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Once we receive your artwork, our team will thoroughly review it to ensure it meets our guidelines. If there are any issues, we’ll let you know and provide you with feedback. After everything is checked, we’ll send it back to you for final confirmation before going to print.

Printing Features & Guidelines:

  1. Full edge-to-edge printing on both booklets and display boxes.
  2. Artwork must follow the provided templates for accurate bleeds and dimensions.
  3. CMYK offset printing is available for booklets and display boxes at all quantity levels.
  4. If your design requires Pantone colors, please indicate this clearly in your artwork.

Note: Pantone printing incurs an additional charge of $300 per color.

Once you approve the artwork, we move to print immediately. Please ensure you have double-checked all details, including spelling, colors, and design elements, as no changes can be made after printing begins.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

PACKING
We offer flexible packaging options to suit your preferences. Choose from the following:

  1. Option 1: 25 booklets per display box, 40 display boxes per carton. Total= 1000 booklets per carton.
  2. Option 2: 50 booklets per display box, 20 display boxes per carton. Total= 1000 booklets per carton.

Each carton weighs approximately 7 KG on average, depending on the size and paper type you select.

SHIPPING
Our trusted courier partners, including UPS, DHL, or TNT, ensure that your package reaches you safely. Shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 days. However, please consider potential delays due to weather conditions or other external factors beyond our control.
Here’s what to expect once your order is ready for dispatch:

  1. Order Confirmation: We will send you detailed pictures of your packed order for review.
  2. Address Verification: Your shipping address will be reconfirmed to ensure accuracy.
  3. Tracking Information: After the package is picked up, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor its journey.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
While shipping is free, any customs taxes, duties, VAT payments, or other levies imposed by your country are your responsibility. These charges vary based on local regulations, so please ensure you are aware of and prepared for these potential costs.
