MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order is 960 booklets, which equals one fully customized carton shipped directly to your doorstep.

TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. For smaller quantities and trials, we aim to ship within 10-14 days. We’re committed to delivering your goods quickly, so you can place a larger order with confidence!

PRICING

  • Pricing is based on one design only. Please note that changes to a word or color count as a separate design and will require a new print job.
  • Pricing includes shipping. Check the shipping tab for more information.
  • There are no hidden charges. The listed price is what you’ll pay to receive your product.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT payments, or other levies your country may charge at customs. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

ART AND PRINTING

Creating the perfect product starts with the perfect design. Please follow our artwork guidelines to ensure a smooth process. Once we receive your artwork, our team will carefully check it to ensure everything is in order so don’t worry! After reviewing, we’ll send it back to you for confirmation.

Printing Features:

  1. Full edge-to-edge printing on booklets and boxes ensures a seamless, high-quality look.
  2. Bleed guidelines: Follow the provided templates to meet bleed requirements for the best results.
  3. CMYK offset printing is used for both booklets and display boxes, regardless of the quantity ordered.
  4. Pantone colors: If you require Pantone-specific colors, please specify them in your artwork. Note that there is an additional charge of $300 per Pantone color.

Approval Process
Once you approve your design, we proceed with printing. Please note that changes cannot be made after printing has begun. To avoid issues, double-check all details before giving your final approval.

Packing Options
We offer two convenient packing options to suit your needs:

  1. Option 1:
    25 Booklets per Display Box
    40 Display Boxes per Carton
    Total: 1,000 Booklets per Carton
  2. Option 2:
    50 Booklets per Display Box
    20 Display Boxes per Carton
    Total: 1,000 Booklets per Carton

The weight per carton may vary based on the size and paper type you choose. On average, each carton weighs approximately 7 KG.

Shipping Information:

  1. Free Shipping: Every order includes free shipping to your doorstep no matter the country or location.
  2. Reliable Couriers: We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, or TNT.
  3. Delivery Time: Shipping takes between 3-7 days. Please note there may be occasional delays due to public holiday

Before Dispatch:

  1. Once your shipment is ready, we will send you pictures of your order and reconfirm your shipping address.
  2. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
