At The Rolling Paper Company we believe in looking after the people who live around you. Most of our employees live within a 5 km radius of the production facilities so we are very entrenched with what happens in the area.

Every year we sponsor one new child through school from a disadvantaged background – such as an orphan through the local Beasiswa Program. We monitor these children on a monthly basis to ensure that their grades are kept at a high level and invite them to come on site and take part in some of the working activities for a few days a year. This hopefully gives them a small understanding of what the workplace is like before they graduate.

After graduation there is a guaranteed job with us.
