HOW DO I ORDER ?

ORDERING IS EASY

There are only a few simple steps before you get your Custom Rolling Papers!

If something is unclear or some option is not available that you are looking for, simply shoot us an email on info@therollingpapercompany.com and one of the team will happily help out.

STEP 1

Choose the blend of paper you would like. Our options are :
1. PURE RICE 14 GSM
2. UNBLEACHED & UNREFINED 13 GSM
3. TRUE HEMP UNBLEACHED 100% PURE HEMP 12 GSM

STEP 2

Choose the size of booklet you would like. Our options are :

  1. King Size Slim – 108 x 44 mm
  2. 1 1/4 – 78 x 44 mm
  3. Single – 70 x 36 mm

We also have Booklets with filters, Double Feeders, Booklets with Magnets and a variety of different things. These would require a custom quote and you can contact us directly on info@therollingpapercompany.com for any of these variants. 

STEP 3

Choose the booklet quantity you would like,
On the site we have some easy selections for you to choose from starting at 1,000 booklets up to 25,000 which is suitable for courier shipping.
If you require anything other than what is available, please contact us on info@therollingpapercompany.com

STEP 4

Choose the quantity of booklets per Display Box. Our options are :

  1. 25 booklets per display box
  2. 50 booklets per display box

Please keep in mind that we will custom make any size of box and any style for you. The available options are just the most common. If you want something that does not appear on the site, email us on info@therollingpapercompany.com with your specific request.

STEP 5

Choose the type of printing you want to appear on the booklets. Our options are :

  1. Matte
  2. Glossy

We also have available Holographic, UV, Hot Stamping, Embossing and Neon Ink Printing which are not listed here. If you want these options please email us on info@therollingpapercompany.com

STEP 6

Email your design to us directly on info@therollingpapercompany.com If you require templates they are available on our template page www.therollingpapercompany.com/more/templates/
PLEASE SEND YOUR DESIGNS IN PDF, AI or CDR FORMATS ONLY. If the file is larger than 10MB please transfer via wetransfer or dropbox and send us the link.
PLEASE INCLUDE ANY NON STANDARD FONTS WITH THE DESIGN

STEP 7

Add to basket and checkout. Please ensure that you give us your address and telephone number as we cannot ship without this information. Shipping is free worldwide.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, levies, customs clearance, VAT or any other charges at destination that may be incurred while importing into your country.

STEP 8

One of the team will get in touch with you for final approval of the design work. We can only proceed with production of your order once the art has been checked and reconfirmed by you.

STEP 9

Production time is approximately 4 weeks and shipping usually takes 1 week. Many times we can complete this much earlier. Before anything is shipped to you, you will be updated on your order and you will receive photos of your order before the goods are shipped out. We only ship using DHL, TNT or UPS. Very occasionally they may take longer to deliver the merchandise and this is out of our control.
